Short description: a tabby and white short-furred she-cat with green eyes and a loud voice.
Physical Description: MaoMao is a gorgeous she-cat even considering her age. She has taken good care of herself; her pelt is clean her eyes are bright and her claws are just the right length for tearing your face off. Her short fur is always well groomed and shiny. She is not afraid to spend hours a day cleaning herself if it is necessary.
She is an even mixture of white and grey tabby patches. Her tail is long and slender and often finds itself whipping back and forth like an angry snake. Her large blue eyes are piercing and beautiful but often look as though they are frosted over with cool determination. She wears a small collar with her name printed neatly on a small heart tag. Although she could easily remove it if she wished it is a single reminder of her dearly beloved human and the memories they shared together.
Personality: MaoMao is a sweet girl - when she wants to be. But she is mostly all sass (unless you aren't looking, then maybe she will cuddle up to you). She loves telling others what to do and does so very often. she was the queen bee in her kittypet home and was in charge of everything.
She never hesitated to yell at someone when they did something wrong or to let them know when her food was barely gone or she'd pooped one time and needed her litter changed. Complain was definitely her middle name. Or maybe sass. Or maybe both. She loves the sound of her own voice and will just talk and talk and talk and talk and...well, you get it. Even when she was living alone she continued to talk all the time just because she could.
On the flip side of the coin she is also rather playful. She enjoys games of word play and loves chasing toys. Even in her older age, she can certainly chase the red dot with the best of them. Even now that she is no longer a kitty pet she is still always up for fun time. She is entirely obsessed with shiny things and has a hoarders collection of tin foil balls she has found over the moons stashed inside her makeshift den.
History: MaoMao was adopted from an animal shelter at only 8 weeks of age. Her human named her MaoMao which is Chinese for cat-cat. He said this was her name because all she ever did was yell yell yell (which is close to how you pronounce 'mao') so really, she named herself. She lived a great life with him, years and years and years until she was about 12 years old.
Her owner died unexpectedly and rather then face life in a shelter where she knew she was too old to be loved again, she ran away to live in the forest. She has spent the last year or so living off the wild.

Not but a few moons ago, she met a tom cat even older then her. They became friends and he even saved her life from a pack of wild, blood-thirsty junk yard dogs. She has since learned his secret and the pair have been close companions ever since.
