Lionstar | 21 moons | WindClan LeaderLionstar is the stoic, but not silent, WindClan leader. She is a formidable force. Larger than the small dogs of the twolegs, Lionstar will crush small opponents and politically she's surprisingly shrewd and adaptable. She's a strong believer in StarClan and she'll do anything for WindClan. Fearless (except for tight spaces!) Lionstar takes situations in stride. She has no time for waffling or cowardly cats. Despite her political connections and presence, Lionstar is surprisingly quiet and almost awkward when pretenses are dropped and informal conversations are made.Friends of Lionstar will generally be WindClanners, though cats from other Clans can also become friends with her, though they'd be never friends. Lionstar didn't really have a presence in inter-Clan relations, beyond a physical one, prior to her becoming leader, so she'd have not really met anyone prior to that. In terms of WindClanners, Lionstar will likely have acquaintances from all walks of Clan life. Most of her pre-leadership friends are young warriors, but now she also has befriended the upper echelons of WindClan's warrior hierarchy. She tends to be stoic and doesn't really get extroverted though, so friends will either have to be happy with silence or willing to work at a conversation, though she is getting better at the whole socializing thing.
Lionstar will also have plenty of enemies. She's a formidable foe on and off the battlefield. What she lacks in personal skills she makes up for in political abilities. She's the face of her Clan so those who dislike WindClan will, of course, dislike her. I imagine ambitious senior warriors may consider her an "upstart" in addition. She isn't afraid to voice her feelings on things and her blunt ways won't always win her friends. While she is a fervent cat she is willing to change tradition and she does not adhere to her predecessor's isolationist ways.
Other: Lionstar will have mentored one cat to warriorhood. They are a typical WindClanner--small, fast and agile. They'd be a young warrior, somewhere in the vicinity of 12-14 moons. If you have a cat that fits that bill or are planning on making one and would like to have said Lionstar (then Lionstone) trained them, let me know here please.Lear | 200 moons | Loner
Lear lived the life of a kittypet until he was 192 moons, always watching the Clans but generally having minimal contact with them. Competent, sharp-minded and quick-witted, Lear might be physically frail but he's not failing in terms of the mind. The soft kittypet life meant he lived long and he's in surprisingly good shape. Having grown up and lived with a Dog he considers his brother, Lear ha a very rare skill--he can speak Dog. He has a notable accent, though most cats aren't really sure where it's from. He ran away from home when Ducan, the dog, died. Both he and Duncan wanted to learn about the Clans, and that is what Lear considers his final mission.
Lear will have friends from all the Clans and those outside it, if they're willing. He will often be the first to broach a conversation, and he's quite friendly. He never forgets a face or pelt, either, and so he knows a lot Clan cats--at least in the way of having seen them. He knows bits and bobs about how the Clans operate, but always wants to learn more. He's willing to share stories from bygone days of the Clans in return: he's watched them for twice as long as most Clan cats even live.
Of course, Lear will have enemies. Clan cats who attack him on principle. He's an easy target for rogues, and he cannot physically fight back. He can speak Dog, and one of his only defenses is to start barking for the shock effect (and maybe hoping a dog hears it and comes to help, haha) and then running. I'm all for having him have enemies, but as I do not want him to be killed, physical altercations will have to be few and far between.
Other: Lear has watched the Clans for an impossible amount of time, and it's likely he has had brushes with Clan cats in that time. Until recently, he was almost always accompanied by a St. Bernard--which ain't exactly subtle, and they travel together for roughly 180 moons. It's highly likely he'd been seen by Clan cats, and perhaps is known in this way--the cat that traveled with a very large dog. I imagine older warriors might have seen him personally (but they too would have heard stories, given Lear's adventures have spanned generations), but younger ones might have just heard the stories. An older warrior encountering him and recognizing him as the cat-dog might be very interesting!
